The newly-formed XDRL has confirmed that it has secured a race schedule for the 2013 race season. The entire schedule will be announced at the IMIS show which takes place in Indianapolis, IN on Dec 6 – 8.

The XDRL plans to offer competition in eight categories. Those classes include:
Pro X-treme
Pro Nitrous
X-treme Pro Stock
Pro Turbo

The League has secured the necessary major and class sponsorship as well as ringing endorsements from the Icons of the industry including Jerry Haas Race Cars, Precision Turbo and Engine, Five Star Race Car Bodies, Sonny Leonard Engines, Tim McAmis Race Cars and many others.

The finishing touches are being put on the 2013 schedule and will be available to the public next week. The League has confirmed its intention to put on a minimum of eight events and a maximum of 10 events in 2013.

Leadership of the up-start League has been quoted to say: “We believed that it was in the best interest to our racers to delay releasing the 2013 schedule until the IMIS show. Being racers ourselves, we understand that the XDRL needs to do it’s best to avoid scheduling conflicting dates with the NHRA Pro Mod series as well as the new ADRL if at all possible. We feel that there is enough interest in this exciting product to support all organizations and wish the NHRA Promod Series along with the ADRL much success.”

The X-treme Drag Racing League Team is diligently working for an exciting 2013 season. A press conference is planned during the IMIS show in Indianapolis, IN.
