V Gaines NHRA Keystone Nationals Pre-race Report

Reading, PA – V Gaines and his Kendall Motor Oil team have made their way in the Keystone state for the NHRA Keystone Nationals. This is the third weekend in a row the guys have set up camp for a race. The 2015 Mello Yello NHRA season is down to four races and the guys continue to make progress and learn.

“Last weeks race was good as far as our performance but it was a blast as far as spending time with our racing family” V Gaines. “Our friends and fans are so supportive and in all reality very well educated on the Pro Stock class” he continues.

The guys love heading back to Maple Grove Raceway. The history, the area, the people are all wonderful. “If you follow drag racing or the history of the sport it is amazing how the place has been a big part of what we do today” Crew member Rick

As a team we are once again having a good time with Ms.Forbyn and her 4th grade class in Salt Lake City. She has put together a Hero wall in her class and V spent some time a couple races back gathering hero cards from other NHRA drivers so she could put them on her wall.
