Hamstra, Gast and Butcher on ADRL Drag Racing Live Tonight

O’FALLON, MO – Pro Extreme points leader Jason Hamstra, Fast by Gast owner and Pro Extreme Motorcycle rider Paul Gast and Top Sportsman driver Glenn Butcher will be the featured guests on the ADRL’s weekly online show, “ADRL
Drag Racing Live,” presented by Summit Racing Equipment.
The entertaining 90-minute broadcast airs live every Thursday at 9 p.m. EST on the ADRL website, www.ADRL.us and also on www.blogtalkradio.com/adrldragracinglive. Every archived show is available on-demand on the ADRL website as well.
“ADRL Drag Racing Live” is hosted by ADRL Television personality Bret Kepner and ADRL Director of Media and Communications Josh Hachat. They break down the latest news and happenings in the world’s premier eighth-mile drag racing league, and it is the only weekly show that is 100 percent devoted to the ADRL.
Hamstra was the Pro Extreme winner at the ADRL’s most recent event, the Ford Drive One Summer Drags VII, which took place last weekend at U.S. 131 Motorsports Park in Martin, Mich.
It was the second win this season for Hamstra, who will talk about the victory that came in front of a large group of family and friends, and extending his points lead in PX.
Gast’s Fast by Gast is an ADRL sponsor in 2011 and it is also the bike of choice for PXM class standout Ashley Owens.
Paul Gast will give his thoughts on his company, as well as Owens going 4.00 in the finals of last weekend’s race, which gave him 12 ADRL wins in his career, tied for the most in ADRL history.
Butcher was the historic first winner in Top Sportsman, which became an official class at last weekend’s Ford Drive One Summer Drags VII.
The Ohio native also had one of the more memorable celebrations in the winner’s circle and he’ll discuss what being the first Top Sportsman winner in the ADRL means to him.
Thursday’s broadcast will also look back on the memorable Ford Drive One Summer Drags VII and look ahead to the next event on the 2011 ADRL Tour, which is the ADRL Speedtech U.S. Drags IV. That event takes place Aug. 12-13 at Virginia Motorsports Park in Petersburg, Va.
