FORCE WOMEN ASK FANS TO ADD THEM TO TRAXXAS NITRO SHOOTOUT FIELDS
BRAINERD, MN – Brittany and Courtney Force are reaching out to their fans around the world and asking them to 
support the Monster Energy Top Fuel team and the Traxxas Chevrolet Camaro SS Funny Car team in an effort to secure the final spots in the lucrative NHRA Traxxas Nitro Shootout fields for Top Fuel and Funny Car. Both drivers have had success this season but they were not one of the first seven pro drivers to win a nitro race.
The drivers launched a social media campaign today in an effort to garner the highest percentage of fan votes through the NHRA’s www.nhrafanhub.com site to give their respective Top Fuel and Funny Car teams the best chance of winning the selection lottery on the Wednesday before the Chevrolet Performance US Nationals in Indianapolis.
Brittany Force has two runner-up finishes including a close final round yesterday in Brainerd at the Lucas Oil NHRA Nationals and three additional semi-final finishes this season. She currently sits No. 7 in the point standings. She has competed in the Traxxas Nitro Shootout the previous two seasons on the strength of her fan support.
Courtney Force has a runner-up finish at the Summit Racing Equipment Nationals and two additional semi-final finishes as well as two No. 1 qualifiers to her credit. She is locked in a tight battle for the final Countdown Top Ten position and will be at the top of her game at the Chevrolet Performance US Nationals. Force is also the winningest female Funny Car driver in history with seven career Funny Car wins.
This year John Force Entertainment produced a high energy video airing on YouTube promoting the each of the drivers. In the past JFE has produced themed videos to promote their drivers but Brittany and Courtney wanted to go a different direction this season and promote their team and their hard working attitude in their respective videos.
