HAWK POINT, MO – After earlier announcing its full support of the new X-treme Drag League (X-DRL) in 2013, Tim McAmis Performance Parts (TMPP) has released an exciting incentive for the X-DRL’s Mickey Thompson Top Sportsman class.

TMPP announced on Monday that it will offer a $500 Low Qualifier bonus in the Mickey Thompson Top Sportsman class for each of the nine 2013 X-DRL events.

In addition to the cash prize, the No. 1 qualifier in the class at every race will also receive a Low Qualifier plaque.

KERRVILLE, TX – If there’s one thing all race fans can agree on, it’s that “cancer sucks,” which is why the X-treme Drag Racing League (X-DRL) is pleased to reveal its designated charity for its inaugural 2013 season.

The X-DRL announced on Tuesday that it has formed a partnership with the popular “Cancer Sucks!” charity for 2013, meaning the X-DRL and Cancer Sucks!, Inc. will work together during the 2013 racing season to help raise money for cancer.

The X-DRL and Cancer Sucks! will hold their first cancer fundraiser at the upcoming Bash on the Bayou, which takes place May 17-18 at No Problem Raceway in Belle Rose, La. It is the third of nine races during the 2013 X-DRL season and will include a live and silent auction, with all proceeds going to cancer research, as well as numerous other activities in the area leading up to and during the race.

HAWK POINT, MO – Tim McAmis Race Cars (TMRC) has been a longtime supporter of doorslammer drag racing.

For the 2013 racing season, that support will include a prominent partnership with the X-treme Drag Racing League (XDRL), a new eighth-mile sanctioning body that will debut with a nine-race schedule starting in April.

KERRVILLE, TX – With a points series in place to determine World Champions in its inaugural season, the new X-treme Drag Racing League (X-DRL) released its championship payouts for the 2013 season.

The X-DRL announced on Friday that its championship points fund will total an impressive $225,000 and span all of the X-DRL classes (Pro X-treme, Pro Nitrous, Pro Turbo, X-treme Pro Stock, X-treme Pro Modified, Top Sportsman, Top Dragster, Supercar Showdown and Pro Junior Dragster).

Included in that championship payout are two special “X-DRL X-tra” bonuses that award a cash payout to the points leader in each class after five races, and then one more for the driver who earns the most points over the final four events.

KERRVILLE, TX – On Thursday, the X-treme Drag Racing League (X-DRL) released its pre-registration information for the Pro Junior Dragster for the X-DRL’s upcoming debut season in 2013.

The inaugural campaign for the eighth-mile sanctioning body begins on April 6-7 with the X-DRL Spring Nationals at Osage Casino Tulsa Raceway Park, and includes nine races at many of the nation’s top tracks.

Pre-registration for Pro Junior Dragster for the 2013 X-DRL season will begin at 10 a.m. EST on Jan. 26. The non-refundable entry fee is $250 per driver, per event, and must be pre-paid by check or credit card. Registration will not be confirmed until payment is received and cleared.
