HOOSIER RACING TIRE NAMED PRESENTING SPONSOR OF NHRA SUMMIT RACING EQUIPMENT SERIES AS PROGRAM EXPANDS IN 2026
INDIANAPOLIS – NHRA announced today that Hoosier Racing Tire has been named the presenting sponsor of the NHRA Summit Racing 
Equipment Series, the world’s largest motorsports program when it comes to racer participation, as part of an impressive expansion for the 2026 season.
The popular program, which has been expanded by 50 percent, will now include 12 E.T. Finals in 2026 across the United States and Canada, as well as an increase to 16 racers in each category and doubling the number of racers who will be competing at the world championship in Las Vegas.
It shows the notable growth in the NHRA Summit Racing Series presented by Hoosier over the past several seasons. In 2024, an Eastern Canada E.T. Finals took place for the first time, while last year, winners in the Eastern Canada Division advanced to compete for a world championship in Las Vegas. Now, four additional E.T. Finals have been added, including new events in Northern Mississippi (Holly Springs), Western Kansas (SRCA Dragstrip), Northern California (Redding Motorsports Park) and Western Canada (RAD Torque Raceway). Hoosier Racing Tire Returns ‘Official Tire of the PDRA’ for Fourth Consecutive Season
PITTSBORO, NC – As the PDRA enters its fourth season, several partnerships founded in 2014 continue to be critical 
pieces of the PDRA puzzle today. Hoosier Racing Tire joined the PDRA story as the Official Tire in 2014 and retains that title now for the fourth consecutive season. Hoosier also posts contingency awards in all Pro and Sportsman classes, as well as special event classes.

Hoosier Tire Returns as PDRA Sponsor for 2015
PITTSBORO, NC – Industry support for the Professional Drag Racers Association has continued to increase since the organization’s inception one year ago. New companies have come on board and companies that were involved in the inaugural season are stepping up with greater commitment for 2015. Hoosier Tire continues their role and will again be supporting the PDRA in their sophomore season.

HOOSIER RACING TIRE BACK FOR ANOTHER TOUR WITH THE ADRL
Lake St. Louis, MO — Officials from the American Drag Racing League announced today that Hoosier Racing Tire will post $28,800 in contingency across all nine ADRL classes in 2013.
“The ADRL and Hoosier Racing Tire have built a solid partnership over the past several years,” said Hoosier Racing Tire’s Steve Hudspeth. “We have a huge customer base in the ADRL and supporting them is a top priority.”

Hoosier Racing Tire will be supporting racers using the Hoosier 275/60-15 drag radial tire used in X275.
Hoosier Racing Tires is a family owned company started in the 1950’s when owner Bob Newton decided to start retreading street tires with softer compounds for racing.
Working with Mohawk Rubber Company in Akron, Ohio Bob developed processes for making tires strictly for racing. In 1978 Mohawk was closing the plant in Akron where Bob had commuted to daily for 16 years forcing him and his wife Joyce to start R & J Mfg. Corp.
