Bauer Racing’s K-100 Top Sportsman Team Looking for a Repeat Performance at this Year’s IHRA Mopar Nitro Jam Nationals

Elma, NY – Top Sportsman racer, Bob Bauer, and his K100 Fuel Treatment team are headed back Grand Bend Motorplex, in Grand Bend Ontario, Canada for this weekend’s 14h annual IHRA Mopar Nitro Jam Nationals. At this event a year ago Bauer took home the Iron Man winning over Tom Orr in the finals of Top Sportsman.

“A lot has happened since last year’s race,” said Team Owner/Driver, Bob Bauer Jr. “We wrecked our 09 GTO late in the year, we switched engine combinations, had the car repaired and landed a major sponsor in K-100 Fuel Treatments. So, definitely there have been some ups and downs but we’ve been out quite a bit this year and we’re beginning to getting a handle on everything. We hope it comes together for us like it did last year at Grand Bend,” added Bauer.

Bauer racing and K-100 Fuel Treatments would also like to congratulate Tyler Halleen on winning the Bauer Racing K100 #1 Qualifier Jr. Dragster Bonus at IHRA Sanctioned Elegant Builders Raceway Park in Clarence, NY this past Tuesday.
