VP’S DELAWARE OFFICE ROCKING AS SEASON FINALLY GETS MOVING

NEWARK, DE – VP East, the distribution center for VP Racing Fuels’ Eastern region, is finally clear of snow and the VP Racing Fuelsdealers, tracks and series in its extensive distribution network are fully stocked and ready to race.

“Our season actually starts in January in Daytona Beach where we fuel the Rolex 24 Hour race, then Speedweeks at New Smyrna and Volusia in February and the 12 Hours at Sebring in March,” said Jim Kelly, VP’s Eastern Regional Manager-Race Fuel Sales. “The guys in the office were fighting over who would get out of the snow up here to work the races in the sun but all the action has now moved back up North and we’re wide open shipping fuel.”

A good part of the action stems from the DIRT Series and its member tracks in the U.S. and Canada, for which VP is the Official Fuel Supplier. In addition, VP is the fuel supplier for the American Canadian Tour (ACT), Watkins Glen, Lime Rock Park, Lebanon Valley, New England Dragway, Atco, Cecil County, Motor Mile Speedway, Seekonk and many other facilities in the region. VP also produces the HiTek fuel products for Brett Deyo’s Short Track Super Series.

“From our facility just off I-95 in Newark, Delaware, we supply fuel directly to the top tracks in the Northeast, to our extensive dealer network and a diverse group of engine builders on our development programs, along with professional and sportsman racers in all forms of racing,” Kelly added. “This time of year we’re pretty much on the chip until we get to Syracuse for Super DIRT Week.”

With the release of new fuels like CHP+ and X12, the shipping department in Newark is sure to be even busier.
