KENNY KORETSKY AND FAMILY OFFICIALLY PURCHASE MAPLE GROVE RACEWAY
READING, PA – The Koretsky family are now proud owners of a drag strip, as veteran NHRA racer Kenny Koretsky and his family, which 
includes his sons Kenny Jr. and current Pro Stock driver Kyle, has officially purchased Maple Grove Raceway, which is located just outside of Reading, Pa.
The fan-favorite track has been home to a NHRA Camping World Drag Racing Series event for nearly four decades and will host the opener to the NHRA Countdown to the Championship, the Pep Boys NHRA Nationals on Sept. 15-18.
“It’s still kind of a surreal feeling,” Kyle Koretsky said. “Our family bought a facility we’ve been going to our entire lives and doing what we love to do. We see this as a huge business opportunity, and we’re looking to grow the business and give the racers a great experience. We’ve got a lot of great ideas and we’re looking forward to this.”
Along with the NHRA national event, Maple Grove Raceway also plays host to a NHRA Lucas Oil Drag Racing Series regional race on May 27-29 as well as racing action throughout the year.
MAPLE GROVE RACEWAY CONTINUES WHILE SEEKING NEW OWNERSHIP
Mohnton, PA – Now that the news has officially been released and many have already shared the listing via social 
media, we would like to take a moment to explain.
The first question many have asked, “Is it true, is the track really for sale?” The simple answer is yes, Maple Grove Raceway is for sale. The more complex answer being that it is not just the Raceway being listed for sale. The listing includes campground facilities, expansive income-producing parking, several residential rentals, office/event buildings, numerous outbuilding, racing equipment, etc.
The next question asked is “Why? Why is the track being listed for sale?” Well, this is where one answer is just not enough, because there is not one single reason. Above all, the original families of the founder, Alfred Stauffer, have decided to pursue other personal interests. Running a world famous facility and maintain approximately 450 acres is not an easy venture. The families are seeking new owners for Maple Grove Raceway now because they want to see the track continue and advance to the next level.
Another Year in the Books: Maple Grove Raceway Celebrates at Annual Awards Banquet
MOHNTON, PA – Racers, families, sponsors and staff of Maple Grove Raceway gathered together February 2nd to 
celebrate the accomplishments of the racers who participated in the 2018 Money Trail Program. Once again the ballroom at the DoubleTree by Hilton Reading hosted the 56th Annual Awards Banquet.
The guests in attendance enjoyed a night full of excitement and laughter starting with socializing during cocktail hour all the way through dancing with friends to close out the night.
The awards portion of the evening began with opening remarks from Andy Anderson, the master of ceremonies, who stated 317 racers joined the 2018 Money Trail program and that the top 81 racers would leave the evening with over $50,000 in cash, trophies and awards.
Anderson went on to announce the sponsors who signed on as the 2019 Sunoco Race Fuels ET Series and Top Challenge Series. Sunoco Race Fuels will return once again as the overall sponsor of the Money Trail ET Bracket Series followed by Scott’s Transmissions, ATI Performance Products, PCRichard.com, Reading Standard Motorsports, Quantum Acquisitions and Summit Racing Equipment. The 2018 EFI Source Northeast Index Racers Series sponsors who will transition into joining the ET Series for 2019 are SRS Fitness, Custom Chassis & Performance and EFI Source. In the Top Challenge Series, Reigel Racing Engines agreed to help continue the growth of the Series through the 2019 season.

On Friday for just $10 you can take the track for fun runs, participate in the flame out contest, witness a dragster cackle, watch a movie and listen to live performances by The Bad Larrys and Flaming Dick and the Hot Rods.
On Saturday, in addition to drag racing feature shows and fun runs, the day will be packed with a burnout contest, pin up contest, another movie and live performances by bands Lucky 757 and Cindy Lou and the Red Hot Royals. All of this entertainment for only $20.
Sunoco Race Fuels extends sponsorship with Maple Grove Raceway bracket series
All E.T. bracket class sponsors renewed for 2015
MOHNTON, PA – Sunoco Race Fuels has extended its sponsorship of Maple Grove Raceway’s E.T. bracket racing 
series. The Sunoco Race Fuels Money Trail series will continue at MGR through 2025.
