Weldon High Performance Announces Expanded NHRA Contingency Classes

Oakwood Village, OH — Weldon High Performance, a leader in racing fuel pumps and system solutions, is excited to announce its expansion of NHRA racer Contingency to include three classes in the Mission Foods Series. The expanded Contingency program begins this 2025 season and is part of Weldon’s history of commitment to the NHRA drag racing community. It builds on the company’s long-standing Contingency support of the Lucas Oil Drag Racing Series.

The NHRA (National Hot Rod Association), the premier drag racing organization in the United States, and Weldon High Performance are dedicated to supporting racers and building participation in this exciting sport. Weldon High Performance will now pay Winner, and Runner-up Contingency in the Mission Foods Series in Competition Eliminator, Factory Stock Showdown, and Factory X. Weldon’s expanded NHRA Contingency program offers financial recognition to racers who compete with Weldon fuel pumps and system products in their racing program. Weldon’s goal has always been to be a part of a robust ecosystem in which NHRA racers can thrive and succeed with the support of trusted industry parts manufacturers.
