Summit Motorsports Park Wins North Central Division NHRA Summit Racing Series Team Finals
Norwalk, OH – Summit Motorsports Park of Norwalk, Ohio won the North Central Division NHRA Summit Racing Series Team Finals on 
Sept. 19, 2021 at Lucas Oil Raceway in Indiana.
Twelve teams took part, and Summit Motorsports Park team members were incredible every inch of the way. They were Edelbrock Super Pro racers Justin Hardy, John Boes, Steve Seredich, Tim Buckley, Bob Kosanka, Dave Paone, Wes Buckley, Carl Keil, Scott Maschari, Shannon Compton, Herman Lester, Jeff Smith Jr., Jeff Hura, Nick Akoury, Brandon Hardin, Dennis Rock, Lisa Boes, Norm Davis, Aubrey Collins and Aaron McCaulla; Edelbrock Pro racers Rick Cole Jr., Mark Frazier, Chad Sweitzer, Kim Moritz, John Gregory, Sean Dornan, John Boes, Brian Green, Nathan Schultze, Rick Cole Sr., Wes Buckley, Todd Sweitzer and Chuck Dague; Edelbrock Sportsman Delivered on Time by TFC Transportation racers Chas Lang, James Ring, Codie Balcom, Larry Stroscher, Lance Oberg, Gregory Klein, Jim Marcinowski, Tom Miller Jr., Dale Boyer and Nate Holzhauer and Wiseco/Cycle Tech Super Bike racers Jason Keller, Rick McWaters, Ed James, Matt Short and Jeremy Hicks.
Wes Buckley raced to the win in Super Pro, and Codie Balcom raced to the win in Sportsman, and both drivers are now qualified to take part in the NHRA Summit Racing Series National Championships, Oct. 29-31, 2021 at The Strip at Las Vegas Motor Speedway
Additionally, Justin Hardy won the VP Racing Fuels Super Pro Race of Champions, Rick McWaters won the Friday Motorcycle Bonus Race and Dennis Rock’s dragster was named Best Appearing in Super Pro.
All were cheered on by family, friends and fellow racers, as well as an exuberant Summit Motorsports Park president and team captain Bill Bader Jr. and Summit Motorsports Park Merchandise Manager Jayme Bader.
