PDRA Recognizes Returning Sponsors and Welcomes New Sponsors for 2016 Season

PITTSBORO, NC – Now entering its third season, the Professional Drag Racers Association is proud to recognize its 2016 sponsors. Several of the class sponsors are returning for the second or third year. NAS Racing has not only once again committed to the Pro Extreme class but will also sponsor the PDRA World Finals at Virginia Motorsports Park, October 20-22. For the third consecutive year Switzer Dynamics brings Pro Nitrous action to the PDRA. Drag965 is returning to back Pro Extreme Motorcycle, as will MagnaFuel with Top Sportsman. Mel Bush Motorsports is continuing support of the PDRA by presenting the Sunshine State Shootout in Bradenton, Florida, September 29 through October 1. The majority of the PDRA sponsors have continued to pledge their support through major, associate and contingency sponsorships for the 2016 season.

The PDRA is also proud to welcome a host of new companies to its sponsorship team. Switzer Dynamics Pro Nitrous will be presented by MoTeC Systems East. GALOT Motorsports Park is sponsoring the Pro Boost class, in which they also field two teams. Lucas Oil Products, Inc. will headline the Top Dragster class and the Pro and Top Junior Dragster classes welcome new sponsors MegaCorp Logistics and Talbert Manufacturing, respectively.

Outlaw 10.5 will be contested at three events this season thanks to sponsor DiSomma Racing Engines.

NAPA Auto Parts has also joined the PDRA as a promotional partner for select events.

A major hit with fans, the Quarter-Max Top End and Starting Line Zones will return again in 2016 on the PDRA Live Feed by MotorManiaTV.com.

The PDRA has also partnered with a growing number of companies to highlight the industry’s top products. Returning partners include VP Racing Fuels as the Official Racing Fuel, Hoosier Racing Tire as the Official Racing Tire, Flying A Motorsports as the Official Motorhome, Toterhome, Trailer and Truck Dealer, Pilot/Flying J as the Official Fuel Stop, and Diamond Pistons as the Official Pistons.
