PALM BEACH INTERNATIONAL RACEWAY TO HOST FUN FORD WEEKEND AND MEGA MOPAR ACTION SERIES
JUPITER, FL – Palm Beach International Raceway™ (PBIR) is pleased to present two spectacular, action-packed events during the 
weekend of Saturday, September 14, 2013 and Sunday, September 15, 2013, catering to Ford and Mopar fans of all ages.
On Saturday, September 14, from 8 am to 6 pm, Fun Ford Weekend – presented by DV8 Motorsports, Aeromotive and Revell – features thrilling races and family-friendly entertainment including:
- Drag racing on PBIR’s renowned 1/4-mile concrete Drag Strip
- Ford car and truck show presented by South East Rods & Customs
- Mustang Triathlon on the Drag Strip presented by Muscle Mustangs and Fast Fords Magazine
- True Street Shootout presented by VMP Superchargers
- Pro Show with jet cars, wheel stander and pro mods
- Swap Meet and Car Corral presented by RacingJunk.com
- Revell Make ’n’ Take model building for kids
- Midway
On Sunday, September 15, from 8 am to 6 pm, Mega Mopar Action Series – presented by AfterHours Mopar Performance and Aeromotive – includes exciting races and electrifying entertainment for motorsports fans:
- Drag racing on PBIR’s impressive 1/4-mile concrete Drag Strip
- Mopar, Chrysler, Plymouth and Dodge car and truck show presented by South East Rods & Customs
- Dodge Challenger Shootout presented by S&W Race Cars
- Pro Show with jet cars, wheel stander and pro mods
- Swap Meet and Car Corral presented by RacingJunk.com
- Midway

Tickets for either event are $20 for a 1-day adult admission or $35 for a 2-day adult admission. Children ages 6 to 12 are $5 per event day, while children ages 5 and under enter free. Racers and spectators receive $5 off each admission with a valid Mustang Club of America membership card, on September 14. The weekend kicks off with Test & Tune on the Drag Strip – an open track session for any make and model car, truck, dragster or motorcycle, during which racers can speed down the track for just $20. Gates open at 6 pm; racing continues until 11 pm. Spectator tickets are just $10 for adults while children 12 and younger enter free. Parking at the track is also free.
