NMRA Signs Five-Year Contract with Bradenton Motorsports Park

The #1 All-Ford Motorsport Event will return to Bradenton, Florida through 2020 with heads up drag racing, giant all-Ford car shows, huge vendor midways and more!

Santa Ana, CA – ProMedia Events, home of the National Mustang Racers Association (NMRA), is proud to announce NMRA_logothe signing of a five-year contract with Bradenton Motorsports Park. As a result, the NMRA Keystone Automotive Ford Nationals season opener has a permanent home through 2020 in the city of Bradenton, Florida. Held in early March, the NMRA season opener is a perfect fit for Bradenton Motorsports Park due to the warm weather, eager fans and ideal track conditions. The combination of Manatee County and the Florida Gulf beaches with the outstanding racing of NMRA makes this a destination event for the next five years.

“NMRA has successfully partnered with Bradenton Motorsports Park since 2002 to produce the Spring Break Shootout and we have seen it grow to new heights in 2015,” said Steve Wolcott, President & CEO of ProMedia Events. “This event draws participants and fans from all over the U.S. and Canada to witness one of the greatest spectacles in Blue Oval performance.”

The NMRA Spring Break Shootout features the World’s Fastest Fords in heads-up drag racing classes such as VP Racing Fuels Street Outlaw where turbo- and supercharged Mustangs reach up to 200+ mph in the quarter mile. There’s something for everyone, from mild to wild, where fans witness early- and late-model Ford cars and trucks compete head-to-head on the track. A huge all-Ford car show on both Saturday and Sunday, giant manufacturers’ midway, swap meet and burnout contests add to the show for a family-friendly event that’s the best value in motorsports. Bradenton Ford fans will count on this event year after year as the place to be in the Springtime!
