Maddern Racing Ready for 2011 Racing Debut

Chandler, Az  – With the Lucas Oil Drag Racing series event’s now underway, it’s time for the Pacific Division 7 to have their first of six events this weekend at Firebird International Raceway in Chandler, Arizona.

“We’ve come a long way for the success we had last season” said Demke, “now that we have a great working team and combination, it was time for our sponsors, Clean Boost Performance Oil and Peen Rite to have a stronger presence on the dragster.

“We would like to thank GP Graphics of Whittier, California for all of their effort in rewrapping the car and we are  definitely looking forward to getting back out to the track”.

Maddern Racing is currently the Division 7 points leader for the Jegs Allstars Race that will be contested later in the year in Joliet, Ill.

Top Alcohol Dragster and Funny Car will have one qualifying session on Friday, February 18th at 3 p.m.  Qualifying continues on Saturday, February 19th at noon and 4 p.m.  Eliminations will begin for the Alcohol Class on Sunday, February 20th at noon.
