ISSPRO’S Performax Gauge System allows up to 17 gauges to be installed with only three common wires through the firewall. The three wires and up to 17 sending units are connected to a common Electronic Signal processor (ESP) which is installed under the hood. The ignition and dimmer wires connect to the ESP as well.
Gauges are daisy chained together and snap into mounting pods without clamps or fasteners so they can be switched on the fly. As long as the corresponding sending unit is installed on the vehicle, a newly installed gauge will find its sending unit’s signal on the data broadcast by the ESP, and instantly respond.
