Free Entry up for Grabs to the Inaugural Dick Moroso Memorial 5-Day Bracket Championship at PBIR
Palm Beach International Raceway™ (PBIR) is pleased to announce its partnership with the Great American Bracket Race (GABR) 
at Memphis International Raceway™ (MIR) on September 5 – 7, 2014. PBIR and GABR have joined forces to offer the points winner of the GABR a free entry to the Dick Moroso Memorial 5-Day Bracket Championship presented by Madaris Window & Insulation and The Screen Shop on November 21 – 25, 2014 at PBIR.
The Dick Moroso Memorial 5-Day Bracket Championship brings racers from all over the country to the Sunshine State to compete for a $10,000 prize to the winner each day on the 1/4-mile drag strip. With this new partnership, racers who participate in the Sixth Annual Moser Engineering Great American $50,000 Bracket Race at MIR on September 5 – 7, 2014 have a shot at winning a free entry to PBIR, valued at $875. The electronics overall points winner from the weekend at MIR’s GABR will receive a free five-day entry to PBIR’s 2014 Dick Moroso Memorial 5-Day Bracket Championship.

Tabbed as the best party in bracket racing, the Dick Moroso Memorial 5-Day Bracket Championship places the best drag racers up against each other in the electronics category. It’s door car versus door car and dragster versus dragster from Friday until Tuesday. In addition to competing for big bucks, racers receive an appreciation dinner Saturday night, a complimentary breakfast each morning and can participate in a golf cart race, cornhole tournament, and a chili cook-off.
The schedule for the Dick Moroso Memorial 5-Day Bracket Championship has gates opening at 8 a.m. ET and races begin at 1:30 p.m. every day. There is an open Test & Tune prior to each race, and the purse is guaranteed with 120 cars entered into the championship event.
