Rollie Miller, former NHRA national event Safety Safari manager, recently replaced Charlie Harmon as the head of ProMedia’s event division.  Miller has over two decades of drag racing experience and is highly regarded by racers, track operators, and event staff.

Santa Ana, CA – The NMCA Flowmaster Muscle Car Nationals is proud to announce the Ford Racing Cobra Jet Showdown Presented by Diversified Products Marketing, a special event to be run in conjunction with the 7th Annual JE Pistons NMCA Muscle Car Nationals, at Summit Motorsports Park in Norwalk, Ohio, August 23-25, 2013.

Santa Ana, CA – Facing the demands of the constantly evolving publishing world of the 21^st century, ProMedia LLC announced today a realignment of staff to better serve its print and online customers.  The changes mean the welcoming of an old friend to ProMedia as Rob Kinnan rejoins the staff of Fastest Street Car serving as Editor-at-Large.  Kinnan served as Editorial Director of both Fastest Street Car Magazine and its sister publication, Race Pages, from 1999-2005 before leaving to serve as Editor of Hot Rod Magazine.

Scott Sparrow, who has served as FSC’s Editor since 2002 and Editorial Director since 2008, will be heading up the company’s online division, as its first Digital Manager.  Evan Perkins, who joined the staff of FSC last fall, has been promoted to Senior Editor of Fastest Street Car Magazine, and will take over the daily management of the publication with Kinnan.  ProMedia Founder and CEO, Steve Wolcott says the changes which have been put in place now position ProMedia to meet the demands of today’s media-savvy consumer.

Santa Ana, CA – ProMedia LLC, home of the NMRA, NMCA, and NMCA WEST event series, is pleased to announce that Rollie Miller, formerly of NHRA, has joined its team as event director.  Miller has been involved in drag racing since 1988 when former NHRA Competition Director (currently the ProMedia Competition Director), Lynwood Dupuy, hired him on as part of the renowned NHRA Safety Safari rescue team.

“We consider ourselves very fortunate to have been able to attract an individual with Rollie’s experience, diverse skill-set and overall knowledge of the sport and have him step right into what is considered a very key position with our company,” said ProMedia’s Charlie Harmon. “I’m looking forward to working with Rollie to continue improving a number of critical areas at our events and there’s no-doubt that his energy, experience and enthusiasm will go a long way toward our efforts to make our products the best they can possibly be.”
