Camee Edelbrock Joins ProMedia LLC as Director of Marketing

Santa Ana, CA – ProMedia LLC is proud to announce the addition of Camee Edelbrock to their staff of motorsports enthusiasts. As Director of Marketing, Edelbrock will oversee all of the company’s marketing efforts in order to promote their street-legal drag races to fans and racers. Her duties will include working with the existing team on press releases, national print advertising, digital marketing, social media marketing, sponsor promotions and much more.

“I’ve had the pleasure of knowing Camee personally since 2000 when she was Vice President of Advertising at Edelbrock Corporation,” said Steve Wolcott, President and CEO of ProMedia LLC. “We’re excited to welcome her to the team, not only because of her experience, but because of her love for all things racing.”

Camee Edelbrock is a life-long automotive enthusiast, attending all types of automotive events with her father, Vic Edelbrock Jr., since she was a young girl. After graduating from the University of Southern California, she joined the family company as a Production Artist in the in-house advertising agency. By the late 1990s, she was VP of Advertising, managing a team of graphic artists that handled all aspects of the company’s promotional needs. While at Edelbrock, she raced a 1966 Shelby Mustang GT350 and a 1968 Trans Am Camaro in the vintage road race circuit. In 2007, Edelbrock joined Schiefer Media as Public Relations Manager where she worked with several automotive aftermarket clients to raise awareness and build their brands.

“Mustangs, muscle cars and drag racing are in my blood,” said Camee Edelbrock. “When Steve talked to me about the position I couldn’t resist. After hearing about the company, it was clear that ProMedia’s work ethics and approach to business were right inline with my own philosophies.
