ATP Trucks Super Street Shootout Payout Hits $6,500.00!!!

Woodburn, OR – ATP Trucks and the NHRDA have partnered together to announce the 2013 ATP Super Street Shootout at the Pacific Coast Diesel Nationals on June 29th at Woodburn Dragstrip. Super Street has become one of the most popular classes in NHRDA and with the amount of vehicles here on the west coast in the Super Street this is the perfect event to try this format for Super Street. Woodburn is one the best race tracks on the west coast with an all concrete racing surface this has the possibility to be one of the quickest tracks on the NHRDA tour.

“ATP has really stepped up with this sponsorship. We are hearing from trucks coming from all over the west coast and from Canada planning on attending this event. Word on the street is that a couple of trucks from the east coast could make their way to Woodburn Dragstrip to get their shot at the big money,” said Randy Cole, President of the NHRDA.

“I really think that this will bring some of the biggest name in the NHRDA and Super Street racing to this event,” said Rod Coddens, owner of ATP Trucks. “I know that we will have a target on our back, but it I think we are up for the challenge. It would be great to see some of the big names from the Midwest and the East to come out here for this event.”

The NHRDA will guarantee $6,500.00 in prize money for the ATP Super Street Shootout. There must be 16 entries in the class to guarantee this payout.

Here is the breakdown for a 16 car field.

1st Place – $4,000.00
2nd Place – $1,500.00
3rd Place – $ 500.00
4th Place – $ 500.00

Super Street Tech Card Fee – $150.00 (Note competitors will also have to purchase general admission ticket at front gate)
