Alan Johnson Racing 18th Annual Lucas Oil Route 66 NHRA Nationals Post-Event Wrap-Up

Unofficial Point Standings: Despite the first-round loss, Langdon remains seventh in the NHRA Mello Yello Top Fuel AJRpoint standings. He trails sixth-place Spencer Massey by 56 points and leads eighth-place Brittany Force by 15 points.

Langdon on Joliet: “The Knuckle Sandwich Toyota team had a tough weekend. We had little gremlins affecting us on every run; it was the same for everyone, but we definitely needed that fourth qualifying session that was rained out last night. We’ll keep working at this thing until we get back where we need to be. We all know Alan Johnson Racing is a championship team, and sooner or later, all our hard work will start to pay off with some win lights. Thanks to Toyota, Red Line Oil and Guy Fieri for sticking with us.”

Next Race: Alan Johnson Racing will be back in action July 24-26, 2015 at the 36th annual Mopar Mile-High Nationals in Denver, Colo. For additional information, please visit nhra.com. For additional information on Alan Johnson Racing, please visit alanjohnsonracing.com
