LOS ANGELES, CA – Today, the American All Track Racing Series (AATRS) announced that Keith Haney, Division 4 Top Sportsman of the National Hot Rod Association (NHRA), has signed on as a sponsor of the racing series.

No stranger to the industry, Mr. Haney has raced his entire life and has made recent headlines for his performances in several drag racing seasons with the NHRA, along with the International Hot Rod Association (IHRA) and the American Drag Racing League (ADRL).

“AATRS is pleased to have Mr. Haney come aboard,” said Chris Waters, Founder of AATRS. “His support is incredibly important as it demonstrates that someone of his caliber and rank in the racing world is not only behind the AATRS mission, but is also passionate about racing to get involved on all levels – from the NHRA to a grassroots organization like ourselves. This is a huge moment for us.”

“I signed on with AATRS because I believe in the grassroots program,” said Keith Haney. “It’s where I started and I
haven’t forgotten that. Just because I have been fortunate enough to have a bigger race program doesn’t change the
fact that we’re all the same.”

Additionally, AATRS has brought on Contingency Connection, a program for weekly oval track, drag, import, and
motorcycle racers across the country, as a series sponsor. In its role, Contingency Connection will provide $60, 000 in contingency sponsorships as well as assist with the series’ promotion. Currently, Contingency Connection delivers brand and product information to more than 15,000 racers that participate at the organization’s 100+ tracks and series each week.

“We’re so excited about Contingency Connection coming on board as not only does it add to the event payouts, but
it’s another partner that believes in what we’re doing for the racing community,” said Waters. “To see another
company sign on and place their faith in our organization is truly rewarding.”

Created specifically for the everyday driver, AATRS is designed to attract race enthusiasts with little to no track
experience, in a racing series that expands across America.

As part of its inaugural season, and following the series kickoff events May 20 – 22 at the Tulsa Raceway Park in Oklahoma, AATRS will travel to some of the most recognized racing tracks in the country including Dunn Tire Raceway Park in Lancaster, New York; US 36 Raceway in Osborn, Missouri; Mid America Motorplex in Pacific Junction, Iowa; Southwestern International Dragway in Tucson, Arizona; and Virginia Motorsports Park in Petersburg Virginia. The races at these tracks will strictly be drag racing, with the other four series expected to launch in 2012.
