2010 NHRA FULL THROTTLE CHAMPIONS TONIGHT ON WFO RADIO

Tonglet take part in the Second Annual WFO Radio Champions Edition with host Joe Castello, live tonight at 7 p.m. ET on WFO Radio NHRA Tuesday. On tonight’s WFO Radio, recently crowned 15 Time NHRA Funny Car Champion, John Force will talk about the long road back from his nearly career ending crash, his dramatic comeback victory at the Auto Club Finals in Pomona, CA, and his admiration for his rival, Matt Hagan. Force became the oldest driver to win an NHRA championship at the age of 61.

Larry Dixon was able to secure his third Top Fuel championship as a driver and first driving for Al-Anabi Racing and Alan Johnson. With the championship, Dixon breaks the six season long championship streak of Tony Schumacher. Dixon had a career year winning twelve races with a perfect, twelve for twelve in final rounds.

Greg Anderson, a regular on WFO Radio, who captured his fourth NHRA Pro Stock Championship at the Auto Club Finals will discuss his emotional victory and the return of KB Racing team owner Ken Black.

L.E Tonglet, of Team Nitro Fish, became the NHRA’s youngest professional champion at just 20 years old. L.E. will discuss his epic down to the wire battle with Andrew Hines, the pressure he experienced along the way, and the increase in Pro Stock Motorcycle popularity stemming from the championship fight. Tonglet also picked up the NHRA Road to the Future Award at the NHRA awards banquet.
