The World’s Fastest Fords Take Over Ohio!

National Trial Raceway, outside of Columbus, Ohio will light up once again as the largest Ford motorsport event series takes over National Trail Raceway for the 15th Annual NMRA Ford SuperNationals, June 7-10, 2018.

With a full line-up of NMRA’s wild classes this race promises to be off the hook as the series crosses the mid-point in the championship season for the World’s Fastest Fords. Championships and Top 10 achievements are on the line and racers will be primed to take their shot at the glory.

If Ford power is what gets your motor running, the SuperNationals will have you on the chip. From 2,000 horsepower VP Racing Fuels Street Outlaws, to the screaming ponies in Edelbrock Renegade this event will leave those hungry for a taste of the Blue Oval, fully satisfied as the racers do their best to end the weekend in the Aerospace Components Winner’s Circle.

Ohio is home to some of the largest QA1 True Street fields thanks to its central location, making it an easy drive for enthusiasts across the Midwest over to the East Coast. A large number of Mustang and Ford competitors gather to test their mettle against the other street-driven cars. If honest to goodness street cars are what you’re looking for, QA1 True Street is for you. From slightly modified Mustangs running in the 12 or 13-secnd range, all the way to hardcore street beasts running in the seven or eight-second range. It’s a great opportunity to either drive your own car or enjoy the view from the grandstands as racers battle for the “King of Ohio” honors. In addition to the Overall Winner, NMRA rewards the quickest averages in the 9-, 10-, 11-, 12-, 13-, 14-, and 15-second time zones and all class winners enjoy time in the Aerospace Components Winner’s Circle.

All QA1 True Street racers also get to enjoy a special True Street Racer Appreciation Party on Saturday night! It involves pizza and beer along with a FREE raffle! In addition to the racing on track, there will be a lot of activity off of it as well. The Manufacturer’s Midway hosts major companies and vendors, offering show specials and a chance to talk directly with manufacturers of performance components.
