Bickel Latest Chassis Builder To Sign on for X-DRL 2013 Season

Kerrville, TX – The impressive list of supporters for the new X-treme Drag Racing League (X-DRL) continues to grow in rapid fashion, and the latest partnership comes from another major chassis builder in the industry.
The X-DRL, a premier 1/8-mile sanctioning body, is pleased to announce that Jerry Bickel Race Cars has signed as a sponsor for the X-DRL’s debut season in 2013, which kicks off April 6-7 in Tulsa.
“We are thrilled to work with the X-DRL in 2013. We are going to have a lot of our customers running there, so this is something that we really want to support,” said Bickel, who operates out of a state-of-the-art facility in Moscow Mills, Mo.

Dilts Piston Hydraulics to Present the 2013 TNT Super Series Race of Champions

ST CATHARINES, ON- The 2013 season will be the SEVENTH for the popular Joe’s Transmission TNT Super Series, a 10.90 based 
sportsman drag racing series that holds events in both western New York and southern Ontario.
Series officials are excited to announce the return of the prestigious Race of Champions with Dilts Piston Hydraulics presenting the 3rd annual event.
With no entry fee and the highest winner’s purse of any TNTSS event, the Dilts Piston Hydraulics Race of Champions will draw the cream of the crop in sportsman racers. Only previous TNTSS event winners are eligible to enter and qualifying is set based on past performance.

today announced a partnership with drag racing industry leader Sonny’s Racing Engines.
The standout company has produced engines for many of the top names in the sport, including multiple world champions in Pro Stock. Its owner, Sonny Leonard, sees a great deal potential in the X-DRL, which begins its nine-race 2013 debut season on April 6-7 in Tulsa.
Dave Werremeyer Named Technical and Communications Director of NMRA, NMCA, and NMCA WEST Series

Santa Ana, CA – ProMedia announces the addition of Dave Werremeyer to its event staff as Technical and Communications Director for 
the NMRA, NMCA, and NMCA WEST event series. Werremeyer comes to ProMedia after an extensive career at ProCharger, where he served as Motorsports Operations Coordinator for the past eight-years. He will begin his new position with ProMedia on December 24th, 2012.

PMRA releases 2013 schedule, returning to Quebec after five years absence

CAYUGA, ON – The Pro Modified Racing Association is pleased to announce its racing schedule for the 2013 season, and is also pleased 
to announce an additional and new event next year.
The upcoming season will be the ninth for the PMRA Pro Modifieds. And for the first time in its history, the PMRA will present eight races over its season with the addition of an inaugural event in Quebec.
The PMRA starts off at Martin, Michigan May 10-11 at US 131 Motorsports Park, a race that was won last year by Jack Grainy of North Tonawanda, New York.
