SCSN’s Anarchy Under the Arch Beneath the Lights Aug. 3-5 at Gateway
MADISON, IL — The fourth installment of Street Car Super Nationals: Anarchy Under the Arch returns to Gateway Motorsports Park Aug. 3-5 for another round of record-breaking drag racing. The brainchild of Premier Street Car Association President Mel Roth, this event has seen world doorslammer records shattered over its short history and Roth said he doesn’t see that changing.
“When you combine fearless drag racers with one of the best-prepped race tracks in the country, the ultimate winners are the fans,” he said. “Chris Blair and his staff have given us an amazing racing surface for every event we’ve run here, providing an incredible experience under the lights in one of the best drag racing communities we race at.”
SCSN III: Anarchy at the Arch Heads to Gateway Next Weekend
ST. LOUIS – In its third year, the Jegs.com Street Car Super Nationals III: Anarchy at the Arch returns to Gateway Motorsports Park, providing area fans the opportunity to see the wildest racing of the summer. Under the lights Aug. 25-27, the Premier Street Car Association’s top drivers along with the biggest names in the region will put on a record-shattering show. Both of last year’s Pro Mod champions—Frankie “Madman” Taylor (Outlaw Pro Mod) and Kevin Fiscus (Pro Nitrous vs. Pro Boost)—are defending their titles this year with every expectation that ET and speed records are going to fall.
“We’ve set a standard for our events over the years,” said PSCA President Mel Roth. “In three short years, we’ve shown that a combination of fearless drivers and one of the best-prepped tracks in the country produces a one-of-a-kind race. There’s no reason for us to think that’s going to change next weekend.”

Anarchy under the Arch II returns to Gateway this Thursday – Saturday
Anarchy Under the Arch II returns to Gateway Motorsports Park Thursday through Saturday and with it, the Street Car Super Nationals is bringing some changes that should not only increase the car count in a town world-renowned for its doorslammer loyalty, but the quality of racing as well.
St. Louis was specifically chosen to be the second site of the legendary Street Car Super Nationals due to the region’s love of drag racing and Gateway’s reputation, one that extends back decades when racers launched from where the sand trap is now.
Street Car Super Nationals Returns to Gateway with Major Changes in Outlaw Pro Mod Structure
ST. LOUIS – When the Pacific Street Car Association debuted its Anarchy Under the Arch Street Car Super Nationals event at Gateway Motorsports Park last year, there were doubts that racers could achieve the ETs they were capable of at its sister event at Las Vegas Motor Speedway. Those doubts, like the world doorslammer records, were shattered thanks in no small part to the amazing job by David Cook from ProTrac and the GMP track crew. Anarchy Under the Arch II returns to Gateway Aug. 27-29 with some changes that should not only increase the car count in a town world-renowned for its doorslammer loyalty, but the quality of racing as well.
“In order to better serve the drivers in the St. Louis region,” said PSCA President Mel Roth, “we’re changing the format of the Outlaw Pro Mod class from quarter mile to eighth mile. After talking to our racers and to the folks at the track, we think this is a better fit all around. Given what we’ve seen with these drivers in the quarter mile, we’re looking at the possibility of sub-3.50s at Gateway.”
