PSCA Heads to Sacramento for NorCal Nationals
LAS VEGAS, NV – In its only trip to northern California this year, the Pacific Street Car Association is bringing its brand of drag 
racing to Sacramento Raceway Park March 21-23 for the Chris Alston’s Chassisworks NorCal Nationals and Grudge Warz.
While the Sacramento date is currently the only one on the PSCA schedule for that area, sanction president Mel Roth said there may be some changes soon. “We have a lot of fans and racers from the Pacific Northwest region and very soon, we are hopefully going to announce some new dates that those folks will be very excited about.”
Calvert Racing Suspensions Returns as PSCA Partner
LAS VEGAS, NV – At the season-opening Pacific Street Car Association’s MagnaFuel Record Breaker Nationals at The Strip at Las 
Vegas Motor Speedway, Calvert Racing Suspensions saw four winners and four runners up using its famous Caltrac Bars. Those results last weekend as well as the last decade and a half with PSCA has contributed to owner John Calvert renewing his company’s commitment to being the sponsor for the Calvert Racing Suspensions Street Muscle class as well posting racer contingency class.
“Calvert Racing Suspensions has been with the PSCA since the very beginning,” said Mel Roth, sanction president. “For us, it’s great to see one of our partners see their sponsorship in action. Eight podium finishes last weekend, including a win by John’s son Brent in the Accufab Mustang Maddness, is a good sign that their product works. It’s been a great relationship for 15 years and we’re hoping for 15 more.”
MagnaFuel Continues Sponsorship of PSCA’s Rocky Mountain Summer Series
LAS VEGAS, NV – MagnaFuel, a longtime partner of the Pacific Street Car Association, is returning to once again become the title 
sponsor of the MagnaFuel Rocky Mountain Summer Series, a trio of races at the legendary Bandimere Speedway near Denver June 21-22 and Aug. 9-10 and in Albuquerque, NM, Aug. 16-17.
MagnaFuel is also the title sponsor for PSCA’s Outlaw 10.5 class and its XDR/TT5 class. MagnaFuel (www.MagnaFuel.com) President Robbie Ward said it just makes sense for his company to work with the racers and fans of the PSCA.
PSCA Kicks Off 15th Season with NHRA Teams, Grudge Warz at Vegas
LAS VEGAS, NV – To succeed in drag racing, one must go big or go home. The Pacific Street Car Association has become well-
known for doing the former and the kickoff to their 15th season is a perfect example.
The MagnaFuel Record Breaker Nationals Presented by Chris Alston’s Chassisworks at The Strip at Las Vegas Motor Speedway Jan. 31-Feb. 2 will not only feature some of NHRA’s top teams preparing for the Mello Yello Series’ season-opener at Pomona the following weekend (teams TBA), but the debut of PSCA’s Grudge Warz.
“Since the Discovery Channel show ‘Street Outlaws’ has become so popular,” PSCA President Mel Roth said, “grudge racing has become even more prevalent. We want to ensure it’s kept where it belongs, and that’s on the track instead of on the street. At every PSCA race this year, whether it’s Vegas, Fontana, or Sacramento, we will have a Grudge Warz feature.
PSCA’s Street Car Super Nats IX Poised to be Biggest Ever
LAS VEGAS, NV – With racers registered from all over the U.S., Canada, Puerto Rico, and even Sweden, this weekend’s Pacific Street 
Car Association’s Street Car Super Nationals IX could be the biggest yet. The event, held again at The Strip at Las Vegas Motor Speedway, will be covered by more than 25 international media outlets.
TV’s Street Outlaws to Appear at PSCA’s Street Car Super Nats IX
LAS VEGAS, NV – The Pacific Street Car Association’s Street Car Super Nationals IX Presented By Chris Alston’s Chassisworks is less 
than two weeks away (No. 14-17) and the excitement continues to build. Sanction President Mel Roth announced today that stars of the hit TV Show “Street Outlaws” are appearing at the event along with the show’s No. 1 car, “The Sonoma.”
“We’re very excited to make this announcement,” Roth said. “‘Street Outlaws’ is the kind of show that represents our core audience within the PSCA and the Street Car Super Nationals. Having them here is just another example of how we try to top ourselves every year.
This year’s SCSN will feature two Pro Mod classes, including TheEFIStore.com Outlaw Pro Mod class, a partnership announced recently.
PSCA Going Back to Back in New Mexico, Vegas
LAS VEGAS, NV – For the next two weekends, it’s all Pacific Street Car Association, all the time. This weekend, PSCA invades 
Albuquerque, N.M. for the first time ever for the finale of the MagnaFuel Rocky Mountain Summer Series featuring the PSCA Outlaw 10.5, XDR/TT5, and Outlaw 8.5 classes. After that, the sanction heads to its home track, The Strip at Las Vegas Motor Speedway, for the Mickey Thompson Tire West Coast Shootout headlined by the MagnaFuel Outlaw 10.5 class Oct. 4-6.
“We’re really excited about Albuquerque and looking forward to bringing PSCA “Small-Tire Racing” to the Southwest,” said PSCA President Mel Roth. “After a long summer break, we’re ready to come back to Vegas and finish off the PSCA Championship Series in style at America’s greatest drag strip and crown our 2013 champions!
PSCA Offering Two Pro Mod Classes for Upcoming SCSN at LVMS
LAS VEGAS, NV – The Pacific Street Car Association announced today the debut of two Pro Mod classes at this year’s Street Car Super 
Nationals at The Strip at Las Vegas Motor Speedway Nov. 14-17. The new classes feature the Outlaw Pro Mods, or Ultimate Slammers, as well as a more traditional, NHRA-exque Pro Mod class. Purses, class sizes, rules, and sponsorships will be announced soon. The two new classes will replace Pro Street.
“When last year’s spectacular record-setting 5.70-second Pro Street ETs kept popping up on the scoreboards,” said PSCA President Mel Roth, “it was exciting as a drag racing promoter, but in the same breath, it was a potential death knell to future car counts. Adding weight to certain cars just isn’t the answer anymore. We needed another class to even out the playing field.”
PSCA Returns to Denver for Second Edition of MagnaFuel Rocky Mountain Summer Series

MagnaFuel Rocky Mountain Summer Series Presented by Chris Alston’s Chassisworks. The event, taking place Friday and Saturday, kicks off Friday at 7 p.m. local time with gates opening at 3:30
Four Pacific Street Car Association classes will battle at Bandimere, celebrating its 55th year of providing some of the best drag racing in the country. In addition, the Real Outlaw Door Slammers and the Super Chevy Show will be there providing a muscle car enthusiast’s dream weekend.
PSCA’s Rocky Mountain Summer Series Kicks Off in Bandimere This Weekend
