Alex Laughlin, Kayla Morton Among Headliners at EliteHP SCSN: Dallas

ENNIS, TX — The Texas Motorplex here is the place to be Father’s Day weekend as the inaugural EliteHP Street Car Super Nationals: Dallas provides a decidedly Lone Star state of mind to the legendary SCSN race. No Prep Kings superstar Kayla Morton and native Texan and NHRA doorslammer legend-in-the-making Alex Laughlin are both scheduled to take on some of the best grassroots drag racers in the country June 17-19 at the world-class facility run by Andy Carter.

Speed Society will be onhand to cover Laughlin’s SCSN coming-out party in his iconic Hot Wheels-branded Corvette

Jay Boddie and Team Boddie, official partners for the event, are also entered in the event and planning to dominate the eighth-mile heads-up showdown. The Street Outlaws star highlights a weekend of grudge racing expected to give Texas fans one of the most thrilling experiences in motorsports.

SCSN’s debut in Texas, streaming live at FloRacing.com, will also see a large contingent of California racers descending on the Motorplex to flex their West Coast motor muscle against the home-state contingent.

“I know of a lot of Cali racers are coming here thinking they’re going to let the Texans know who’s running things in 660 doorslammer racing,” said SCSN Promoter Mel Roth. “I’m a California guy, but having spent a lot of time racing in Texas, I can tell you these local drag racers aren’t about to roll over at their home track. There’s a lot of pride on the line and you can bet these Texans will circle the wagons to make sure the outsiders go home empty-handed!”

The first-ever EliteHP Street Car Super Nationals: Dallas is scheduled for June 17-19 at the Texas Motorplex. For more information, visit the official event page on Facebook by clicking HERE.
