Mickey Thompson will sponsor the Million Dollar Drag Race

STOW, OH – A week of drag racing could end in an incredible payday for one lucky driver as part of the 26th annual Million Dollar Drag Race sponsored by Mickey Thompson Tires & Wheels.

Set for Oct. 19 – 23 at South Georgia Motorsports Park, the 1/8-mile bracket racing challenge will feature cash prizes each day, including the Mickey Thompson Tires & Wheels Million that will pay up to $1 million depending on the number of eligible racers who enter.

“We’re proud to support bracket racing and the excitement that builds around the Million Dollar Drag Race,” said Jason Moulton, motorsports director for Mickey Thompson Tires & Wheels. “This is a great event for racers, fans and the sport of drag racing.”

The Million Dollar Drag Race offers free admission for fans and crews and includes special race awards. Last year’s winner of the Million, Kevin Brannon, used Mickey Thompson ET Drag Tires to cash in on the big payday.
