ENGLISHTOWN, NJ – In New Jersey over the weekend, the weather was prime for posting incredible times and that is just what happened as Eman and Team Aruba posted a career fastest mile per hour going 223.21. The track was aggressive all weekend and teams weren’t getting down the track.

In round one, Eman and the Aruba.com Digicel powered Escort lined up against John Montecalvo, and were dealt a blown transmission mid pass. As a result, Team Aruba’s speedy weekend had come to a sudden halt.

“Things were fine in the lanes, during the burn out and immediately off the line but then the car wouldn’t shift,” Eman described. “Sometimes things happen in racing and that’s part of the competition and knowing your car. We qualified for the shootout in Tulsa and that’s what really matters! We are looking forward to next weekend!”

In the ADRL, the season will come to a close with the Battle of the Belts around the corner in Ennis, Texas. As the season comes to a close in both the ADRL and MMPSA, Team Aruba gets that much closer to capturing their best season yet. There are two races left in the season and Eman and Team Aruba are sure to continue the quest of a successful streak. Tulsa will be an exciting experience and Team Aruba is read y to tackle whatever the track lays down.
