Santa Ana, CA – NMRA is celebrating two decades of Ford and Mustang performance at Beech Bend Raceway with the biggest Ford event of the year—the 20th annual Nitto Tire NMRA All-Ford World Finals, September 27-30, 2018 and it is presented by Holley EFI.

The NMRA takes over Beech Bend Raceway with championship street-legal racing, featuring the World’s Quickest Fords. Bowling Green has a storied history in the Blue Oval drag racing world and the NMRA has made its mark with record-breaking, wheel-to-wheel action. With Nitto Tire Diamond Tree Championship rings on the line in an assortment of NMRA categories, the racers will be leave it all on the track in search of glory and a chance to celebrate in the Aerospace Components Winner’s Circle for one last time in 2018.

The biggest Ford drag race in the universe also features the hottest heads-up shootouts in the Mustang world as there is something for everyone who wants to get on track. Do you have a really fast street car? Prove it in ZP Performance Steering Outlaw True Street where the 1/8-mile competition requires a street drive before a No Time format is used to determine who has the baddest street car. If you have an SVT Cobra or Shelby GT500, NMRA has the famous Weld Wheels Terminator vs. GT500 Shootout to determine which specialty Mustang is the king of the hill.

The quickest growing segment in the performance aftermarket is the turbocharger market. NMRA has a wide-open class for just turbo-powered vehicles and it is called the Hellion Turbo Coyote Shootout. If slamming the gears of a H-pattern style manual transmission is your forte, the TREMEC Stick-Shift Shootout returns to Bowling Green again this year. Throw in the regular line-up of heads-up, index, and the world famous QA1 True Street class and there is no excuse not to attend the NMRA World Finals and bring your Mustang or Ford with you.

The weekend also includes a huge all-Ford Car Show, presented by UPR Products, with awards on both Saturday and Sunday along with QA1 True Street, a giant manufacturers’ midway, swap meet and a burnout contest.
