Roy Hill’s Drag Racing School to feature Bob Tasca III as guest instructor in Epping

SOPHIA, NC – Roy Hill’s Drag Racing School will feature NHRA Nitro Funny Car superstar Bob Tasca III as a special guest instructor when the school visits New England Dragway in Epping, NH on July 12-13. 

The driver of the Motorcraft / Quick Lane Ford Shelby Mustang cut his teeth on the dragstrip at Roy Hill’s Drag Racing School, and Hill is excited to have the former student back as a guest instructor.

“I’ve known Bob’s family for decades by being a part of the Ford Racing family with them,” said Hill. “It started with Bob’s grandfather in the 1960’s, and continues today as we work with Bob’s son, Bob IV, and his Roy Hill / Motorcraft Junior Dragster.”

“Bob’s bringing the whole family with him to the track, and it’s going to be a lot of fun having him as a guest instructor,” Hill continued. “It will be a big bonus for the students attending the school. He’s been through many of my schools, so he knows what we do and will be a great addition for this special session.”

The school will feature instruction and licensing in Super Gas, Super Comp, and Top Sportsman, as well as a special Junior Dragster session. The Roy Hill two- and three-seater dragsters will also be available for ride-alongs. You can even bring your own race car to the school and receive instruction and tips from Roy Hill and Bob Tasca III on how to become a better driver with your own equipment.
