because you want to SEE it

PSCA Heads-up Hootenanny, Mid-West Pro Mods & JEGS Super Quick Series triple-header June 30-July 2

After inclement weather forced its postponement in April, the Premier Street Car Association returns to Gateway Motorsports Park June 30-July 1 for the second running of Heads-Up Hootenanny. At a track already legendary to both fans and racers for its amazing racing year ’round, drag racing supporters won’t want to miss this amazing event under the lights featuring the cars and stars of the small-tire radial world and the Midwest Pro Mod Association.

Pit gates open at 11 a.m. local time Thursday, June 29 for a VP Racing Fuels-sponsored test session that is scheduled to run 5-11 p.m. with qualifying kicking off Friday at 4 p.m. For the full weekend schedule, click HERE.

“We’re expecting some of the biggest names in both Pro Mod and Radial Tire racing to compete at this event,” said PSCA President Mel Roth. “For fans, all roads should lead to Gateway when PSCA is in town for guardrail-to-guardrail, bumper-dragging drag racing. There’s nothing better than racing under the lights, especially at a track like Gateway, where we know their incredible staff will provide one of the consistently best racing surfaces in the sport.”
