PMRA and the Quick 32 Sportsman Series to be featured on Raceline Radio Network

Cayuga, ON – In the spring of 2009, the Quick 32 Sportsman Series. www.Quick32.ca was established for high-horsepower Sportsman-class teams to compete on a regular basis. These teams, from Ontario, Quebec, Michigan, and New York had little opportunity to compete in a professionally-operated series devoted solely to these types of drag racing cars.

The Series is comprised of Top Sportsman, or “door” cars (full-bodied, full-fendered cars), and Top Dragsters. Both classes are based on the same classes in the National Hot Rod Association (NHRA) and International Hot Rod Association (IHRA).

A major step in the development of this new series was the Championship Point Award Series, which continues to be presented by NAPA Auto Parts.

The Quick 32 Sportsman Series uses rules, regulations, and other factors of the established and successful Pro Modified Racing Association (PMRA. The Series offers a wide variety of body styles (dragster, altered, door-car) and engine combinations (carburettor, supercharged, turbocharged) for versatile, diverse, and colorful Sportsman drag racing.
