Atomizer Racing Injectors Named Official Sponsor of Mid-West Pro Mod Series

TULSA, OK – The Frankenstein Engine Dynamics Mid-West Pro Mod Series (MWPMS) is proud to announce Atomizer Racing Injectors as its official fuel injector sponsor for the 2018 racing season.

“I use Atomizer Racing Injectors on my cars, so I know how good they are,” MWPMS organizer and competitor Keith Haney said. “We couldn’t be happier to welcome Jack and everyone at Atomizer as an official sponsor.

Based in Toano, VA, Atomizer Fuel Systems (dragracinginjectors.com) was founded 10 years ago by Jack French, a 23-year veteran of original equipment manufacturer (OEM) fuel injectors who recognized the need for high-capacity, drag racing fuel injectors.

“I started up this company doing purpose-built racing pieces because there was no good fuel injector option out there for high-flow, high-horsepower engines,” French said. “We were very limited in the booster world in terms of fuel delivery compared to the amount of air you can put in, so the whole performance of these vehicles changed when we started giving them the fuel they need.

“We make the only purpose-built, all-billet racing injector ever built. Everybody else has been using OEM-style injectors and making changes and modifying and it’s kind of out of desperation back in the early 2000s that we came about.”

French explained that Atomizer Racing Injectors was introduced last year to the MWPMS as a sponsor for several of the organization’s events via live online feeds by MotorManiaTV.com.

“I believe I sponsored five or six live feed deals for MotorMania last year and then Keith called me up about the Mid-West Pro Mod Series offering an expanded arena for us to try to get some more customer base out there in the Midwestern and Western parts of the United States,” French said. “Then he asked me if I wanted to be a title deal guy and I decided to step it up a little bit this year. We like to give back to the racing arena and it’s a great series that I think is only going to get bigger and better. I’m looking forward to our involvement.”

Though a racer himself with a twin-turbocharged 2017 Challenger set up for Radial vs. the World competition, French is unsure whether he’ll actually compete within the MWPMS this year.

“You know, I’d love to but most of the races are a little far from us here in Virginia,” he said. “But you never know; I’d love to give it a try someday.”

The Bruce Lowrie Chevrolet North vs. South Frankenstein MWPMS Pro Mod Shootout, the season-opening event for the 2018 MWPMS schedule, begins Mar. 1, with qualifying and racing scheduled Mar. 2-3, at the Texas Motorplex in Ennis, TX.
