FRS Powersports Joins MIR Team Motorcycle and ATV dealer can help racers and fans alike

MILLINGTON, TN – Like many racing fans in the Mid-South, Brantley Gaither is eagerly waiting the day construction is completed on the dirt track at Memphis International Raceway (MIR).

“I’m real excited about the dirt track coming back,” Gaither said. “I used to do a little racing back in the late 90s and so it’s definitely more my thing.”

As the general manager of FRS Powersports, Gaither also knows what his new partnership with MIR can do to broaden his customer base.

“All the dirt and drag racers have some kind of pit cart or motorcycle or something,” Gaither said. “We’ve got all their needs covered. We can help people with new and pre-owned bikes or ATVs to fit any budget. We’ve also got a great selection of parts and top quality service to go along with it.”

Located at 2175 Whitten Road in Memphis, FRS Powersports is the area’s premier dealer for vehicles and accessories from such top manufacturers as Can-Am, Triumph, Spyder and Sea Doo.

“ATVs are a lifeblood of our operation,” said Pam Kendrick, VP and GM of Memphis International Raceway. “We use them on our property on a daily basis and that will only increase once the dirt track starts to operate. We’re excited to have Brantley and his team at FRS Powersports on board with us. It’s going to be a great partnership.”

FRS Powersports came aboard in time to be a part of last weekend’s Super Chevy Show and said things there went well.

“We had a good time,” Gaither said. “We were able to see quite a few folks. I hadn’t been out there for a while and it was a good event for us. There’s a lot of possibility for us out there. We’d love to have a demonstration truck on site where we could make use of the drag strip and road course.”
