2021 Lingenfelter Performance Engineering Blue Suede Cruise To Turn Summit Motorsports Park Into Hot Rod Heaven

Norwalk, OH – With its cruise-ins and classic cars, and pompadours and poodle skirts, the annual Lingenfelter Performance Engineering Blue Suede Cruise at Summit Motorsports Park in Norwalk, Ohio is always a back-in-time blast.

Coupes, Sedans, Roadsters, Rat Rods and other head-turners rule the race track at the old-fashioned and fun event, and fans can get back to boogying at next year’s event, which will be July 9-11 at America’s Racetrack.

They can display their cars from 1972 and earlier, drive them down track and dance to music of the 1950s, 1960s and 1970s.

The event boasting rolled-up blue jeans and white T-shirts will also feature exciting entertainment to be announced soon.

“This is a fun-filled event for all ages that has become a fixture at Summit Motorsports Park through the years,” said Bill Bader Jr., president of Summit Motorsports Park. “There are rows and rows of beautiful cars that have come from all over the country. They are eye-catching, have so much character, and they’re the main reason this event continues to get bigger and better each year.”

Last year’s event was a smashing success that saw hundreds of show-quality stand-outs, as well as flames and fast passes from Hayden Proffitt and his fan-favorite jet engine-powered 1957 Chevy truck, Hot Streak. There was also a concert by Motown Sounds of Touch, a flame-throwing contest, a parade of neon lights and fireworks over the park.
